Mrs SALLY QUINNELL (Camden)—On Saturday 2nd September I had the privilege to attend the Unlock Camden event at Alan Barker Art Gallery, Camden Library and Camden Town Farm, all located on John St in the heart of Camden. Unlock Camden showcases the vibrant and rich history of Camden to all those who wish to see it. We were very lucky to have Aunty Glenda Chalker open the event with a welcome to country, reminding us of all the rich Indigenous History of the land which began long before Camden's contemporary history began. Unlock Camden showcases the heritage of the town through its numerous exhibitions on show. These include Vintage Cars and Fire Trucks, Local Music, and local art displays. I would like to particularly make mention to the Camden Museums brilliant collection of historic objects, photographs, and archives from the local area as well as the addition of Camden Town Farm to this year's exhibit. The organisers of Unlock Camden did a fantastic job of putting this event on for the community.
