Picnic in the Park

Mrs SALLY QUINNELL (Camden)—This year, Camden Festival's signature event, Picnic in the park returned. Held on the 10th of September in Picturesque Macarthur Park. Picnic in the park had a brilliant family friendly program, including activities, food and drink stalls, live music entertainment and more for all to enjoy. This year's event also featured garden games, face painting, beaded keyring making and roving giant bubbles as well as several workshops available. The success of picnic in the park is a testament to the work that goes on behind the scenes to make sure every year that individuals and families have a fun day out of entertainment and relaxation. I would also like to thank Wests Group Macarthur for sponsoring this wonderful event and Camden Council for putting it on again, it was an excellent community event.
